The friendliness of the owner, nice room, overall cleanliness & super breakfast(she has won best B&B breakfast in local tourist area). Nice biscuits & chocolates in room. Very reasonable price too.

The food was superb including all the extras we received such as home baking with our cups of tea and our host and hostess were very friendly.
Dislikes:
The room was a bit lacking in storage facilities such as a small chest of drawers.

The food was wonderful, possibly the best breakfasts ever. Nothing was too much trouble. The room and the rest of the house were spotless. All the family were very welcoming.
